Git Gud
A workout app that keeps the useful loop on the phone: decide what to train, log what actually happened, and use that history next time.
Training from actual history
Workout generation uses available equipment, completed training and recovery. A main lift stays consistent while compatible supporting work can vary. Log sets, reps, load and effort, then review exercise trends, weekly muscle coverage and training blocks.
Built around strength and health
The app includes exercise guides, swimming, aerobic activity and mobility alongside strength work. Training rules cite research in the app, and planning estimates and rotation rules are identified as app choices. Four-week blocks and longer trend views help connect a session to the wider training picture.
Keep the core on the device
Everything needed for workout generation runs on the device. Portable JSON backups preserve history, and Health Connect is optional. Any configured hosted coaching provider has a separate data boundary; offline workout generation does not depend on it.
Current scope
Git Gud is a private Android project for personal use. There is no public store release or download offered here.
