Things I've built end to end

Open any project for the architecture and the decisions behind it.

Bella

Long-term memory, a 48-tool agent loop, and real-time voice, built on the Claude API. It reviews its own weak conversations and opens pull requests to improve its code, which I approve before they merge.

limbserver

47 services in family production with single sign-on, encrypted secrets, immutable offsite backups, and full observability. I stress-tested it with an LLM-driven penetration test that surfaced a real CVSS 9.3 vulnerability.

Hearthvale

A 2D simulation in Godot and C#, playable end to end. I scoped and shipped all 13 development phases in about four weeks, with a unit-test suite and CI, and produced a downloadable build.

I own the infrastructure and deployment for three products, build the internal tools our marketing team runs on, and built the MCP server that puts our CRM inside Claude.

Where I've worked

Engineering, teaching, research, and enterprise IT.

May 2026 – PresentProvo, UT

Web Developer

Atonom
  • Built a remote MCP server connecting Claude to the company CRM, in production: self-hosted OAuth 2.1, authorization re-checked on every request, read-only and metadata-only
  • Own the code, pull requests, and deployment for three products across Netlify, Render, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Migrated the site from a Vite SPA to Next.js 15; moved the CRM off a no-code platform onto our own infrastructure
  • Built the team's email orchestration service from scratch (Node/TypeScript, Postgres — job queues, cron scheduling, an LLM classification pipeline), plus a natural-language analytics tool over GA4 that verifies every number the model reports against a separately computed fact registry
Mar 2025 – Apr 2026Provo, UT

Research Assistant

BYU Information Systems Department
  • Built an end-to-end ML pipeline in Python comparing six classifiers to predict Disney Lorcana game outcomes; an ensemble reached 0.73 AUC, evaluated with cross-validation, probability calibration, and bootstrap confidence intervals
  • Designed and ran a 350+ response survey study on workplace technology health, validating a seven-construct measurement model with EFA, CFA, and SEM (manuscript under review)
Aug 2025 – Dec 2025Provo, UT

Student Instructor

BYU Marriott School of Business
  • Sole instructor for 90+ students across two IS 110 sections, teaching data analysis, statistics, and business modeling in Excel
  • Ran all instruction, course delivery, and grading with no faculty oversight; students averaged 93% on exams
Oct 2022 – Aug 2025Provo, UT

IT Technician to Supervisor

BYU Technology Support Center
  • Promoted from technician to supervisor within a year, resolving 2,000+ incidents in ServiceNow with Tier 1 and 2 support across a 60,000-user environment
  • Supervised shift operations for a 40-agent support team handling 300+ daily requests, triaging critical incidents through resolution
  • Ran identity provisioning and access governance for a 15,000+ employee environment, including 50+ monthly offboardings
May 2023 – Aug 2024Provo, UT

Portfolio Liaison

BYU Help and Support Portfolio
  • First person in a newly created liaison role: defined from scratch how IT support coordinated with 15 product portfolios and 500+ enterprise services
  • Led a cross-functional monitoring initiative and drove disaster-recovery planning and documentation across 50+ services
  • Served as the primary liaison between IT support and 15 portfolio teams
Sep 2018 – Sep 2020Ventura, CA

Volunteer Leader and Trainer

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
  • Trained newly-arrived missionaries and led districts and zones for most of a two-year, full-time term
  • Taught and coordinated groups of missionaries, and handled local operations and reporting
2012 – 2022Idaho & California

Earlier work

Before tech
  • Installer, Ironwood Custom Construction · custom cabinetry, Boise ID · 2022
  • Sales Representative, Grit Marketing · door-to-door sales, 80+ contracts closed · 2021
  • Digital Marketing Consultant, Limb Marketing · built client websites and ad campaigns · 2020 to 2021
  • Construction Laborer, Riverstone Concrete · poured and finished house foundations, Meridian ID · 2017 to 2018
  • Grill & Milkshake Master, Roy's Milkshakes · ran the family stand at the Western Idaho Fair and trained new staff, six summers
Apr 2026Provo, UT

Education BYU

Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Business
  • BS Information Systems and Master of Information Systems Management (MISM) · GPA 3.92 · Minor in Mathematics
  • Coursework across machine learning & data mining, databases & data warehousing, and statistics & econometrics
  • Master's capstone: ran study design, IRB, and research execution for a conference paper on an AI mental-health tool (under review)
About

How I work

I build software end to end, across apps, infrastructure, AI systems, and data. I pick up new tools fast, use AI to move quickly, and like the whole range of the work rather than one narrow slice of it.

In the last year that meant a self-improving AI assistant on the Claude API, a 47-service self-hosted platform I hardened with an LLM-driven pentest, a 48,000-line game taken to a playable build, and ownership of the infrastructure and internal tooling behind an AI startup's site and CRM, including a production MCP server that connects Claude to that CRM. Different domains, one instinct: learn the tool, build the thing, make it survive real use.

The other half of me is a teacher. I taught 90+ students solo in an intro information-systems course, holding a 93% class exam average with no faculty oversight, and before that spent two years training and leading people, turning newcomers into confident, independent leaders. The work I care about most is not just building something that works, but making sure someone else can own it after I hand it off.
